Former IBO 130 pound champion Billy “The Kid” Dib (27-1,15KO’s) will be in action against Ceferino Labarda (19-1,7KO’s) of Argentina over eight rounds at the La Montage Reception Center, Sydney, Australia on September 2nd.
Labarda is 29 years and is a southpaw with only loss coming at the hands of IBF 122 pound champion Steve Molitor, who scored a TKO win in ten rounds in 2008.

Former IBO 130 pound champion, Billy ‘The Kid’ Dib (27-1, 15 KOs) and his team jetted out of Sydney on Sunday and were bound for Las Vegas via Los Angeles.
The IBF No. 4 rated featherweight (126 lbs) will be working and sparring with fellow world rated, and multiple division champion, Celestino Caballero, who trains under the astute guidance of Jeff Mayweather in Las Vegas.

Paul Briggs said he would have fought Danny Green in the car park after authorities in NSW refused to sanction his quest to win the IBO world cruiserweight title.
This prompted the furious pair to shift the July 21 fight from the Sydney Entertainment Centre to Perth's Challenge Stadium.

Former world rated 130 pounder Ahmed Elomar (17-1-2, 10 KOs) returned to ring action after eighteen months out of the ring and scored a fifth round knockout over Filipino Abner Llanasa (3-10) at Adeel’s Palace Reception Center, Punchbowl, Sydney, NSW, Australia Friday.
Elomar’s last ring appearance was in November 2008 when he scored a 1st round knockout over then world rated William Kickett.
